History’s Top 5 Sexiest Costumes

When you think of the top 5 of the sexiest female costumes ever in history, we start off with Baywatch‘s Pamela Anderson‘s swimsuit.  The show ran from ’89 to ’99 and Pamela was the shows greatest asset for five years.

Next we have in the sexy costume arena Wonder Woman‘s, Lynda Carter.  From ’75 to ’79 America got to see what a strong female hero was all about.  Her outfit kept the show on for longer than it was suppose to last.

Third sexy costume goes to Barbara Eden.  Her ability to be bubbly and cute, while at the same time maintaining a sexy genie men have been dreaming about since the first time she aired on I Dream of Jeannie.  She flawlessly played  Jeannie, a genie set free from her bottle by astronaut Major Anthony Nelson, played by Larry Hagman.

Born August 16, 1933 and still as beautiful as ever, Julie Newmar‘s Cat Woman was the sexiest villain Batman & Robin ever had the privilege to face.  In the late 60′s, Julie’s Cat Woman was a reoccurring role that was a welcoming visit and in ’03, Julie appeared as herself in the TV-Movie Return to the Batcave. Julie Newmar’s career is still going strong, but will always be remembered as Cat Woman, no matter how small that role was.

 

Jeri Ryan rounds out our top five.  Famously known at Seven of Nine from Gene Roddenberry‘s Star Trek Voyager from ’97 to 2001 and was the most beautiful Borg of them all.  Her hot Star Trek uniform made the rating go through the roof right up to the end.

All of these lovely women are in a class by themselves.  No-one is any better than the other, and the world will always be grateful to their contributions as actresses.
